After covid recovery suddenly nose Bleeding will start or sputum with more blood will happen. When Bleeding is there,mild head ache also start and stops by itself. What could be the reason?

If  you  are living in hot  place  then it  might be due to epistaxis and if  you  are  living  in quite normal  environment then  it might be due to hypertension. Otherwise  no correlation  between post covid 19infection, but  in some patients  it's seen in the  covid symptoms but  very little amount  consult  for  further management.
