This looks like a chalazion. chalazion is a swelling due to blockage of secretion of very small glands present in eye lids having openings on lid margins.

Give hot compresses to lids with warm handkerchief thrice a day for 1 minute every time for 7 days. You can use iron to warm the handkerchief. Maintain hand hygiene. Avoid touching eyes. Avoid fatty foods, potatoes and rice. Wear glasses if you have refractive power.

In case of pain in swellings, visit an ophthalmologist, you may need antibiotics in such a case. Mostly these are harmless and self resolving but may take weeks to months to resolve completely. Rarely a incision and drainage may have to be done if doesn’t resolve or gives bad cosmetic appearance.
