There is an infection on my penis skin which is spreading. The skin has become kind of dry and slippery smooth. It's itchy. What do I do?

hello possible causes like herpes,syphilis.lymphogranuloma venereum,chancroid,donnovanosis should be ruled out and appropriate investigations and medications should be started...maintain proper hygiene consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.i hope this helps u to solve ur problem
