Spotting  13 days after egg rupture

HCG injection was given on Day 8.We had relation on D9 and D10. On D11 follicular scan showed egg has ruptured. I was feeling abdominal cramps like periods from D20 onwards, Also found very light spotting . Is there something to worry ? Mine is generally 32 days cycle .Is it too early to get periods?
