I have endometriosis stage 4 and had an ovarian cyst laproscopy in july 2022. From next month I am on endobreak 2 tablet (dinogest 2mg) . I have no plans for pregnancy now. I am having a brown spotting from last 15 days mainly after hving intercourse. Its very less just 2/3 drops may be. But I am not on my period and that is stopped by endobreak from 2 years. Last year doctor stopped it for three months only and I got again a 2 cm cust and he again started the medicine. Now I am really worried about this dark brown discharge. Please help.
