Spotting after one week of conception

I had my last period on 21/4/2017.From 5th i am spotting for 3 days.This spotting has started after one week of conception.From previous 2-3 months i had prolonged periods and infection which doctor treated by birth control pills.on 21st i had normal period which lasted for 5 days.Why this spotting is happening .doctors please suggest.
