I noticed i’m developing weird blotches on the tops of my feet. they kinda look like freckles but just in blotchy-discolored areas on my feet. i have pictures, but i just want to know if i should be concerned?

Apart from the blotches we would also have to see the skin surface and texture to know the cause of the problem. need for concern would depend upon the cause of the problem. You could do an online consultation or meet with a doctor directly for further evaluation.
