Do you have itching over these lesions ?? Actually This is one of the type of Dermatitis. If you have History of sun
Next Steps
If possible go to a certified dermatologist , he will rule out cause of these skin lesions after taking additional history about onset duration and progression, exacerbating factors. This will help to prevent similar skin issues in future too
