I went on trip to Southern India (Chennai- Trivandrum-Kanyakunari) about two years back. While, in Kanyakumari I tiny dark reddish heat rashes appeared around both my ankles and feet. It was itchy. I didn't seek medical help them. After the trip this rash healed but left patchy marks all over my feet and around ankles. Please help. The photos of the marks are attached.
