Spots because of background lamps

When I look at my boss there are a lot of office lamps in the back of him, because it's a dark office. I look him in the eye if we talk. But after a few minutes, I look away and see spots. They go away in 1-5 seconds or so. But does this mean they burn my eyes while I look at my boss? I do this every day so...

These are called after images.. these are physiological ( Normal) .. so no need to worry ..

Its a normal phenomenon which happens with all... no need to worry n think so much.. it wont harm ur eyes.

Lamps in the background should not burn your eyes. You should see an eye doctor to rule out a refractive error or any mild dryness of the eyes.
