Hey i wear specs so i have some spot on my nose due to wearing it for long time i think, how it can be treated

Looks like a scar. Could be some trauma induced also. If spectacle is touching at that site. Change the style of it. Scar doesnt go away with creams. However u may try scarend silicon gel to help soften it. For other in clinic treatment options for scars, you may consult online
