Hello Doctor, i have been noticing since some days that whenever i exert my mind on anything whether its work, books or even masturbation, i get this sudden electric rush inside my brain that even transports to my legs as well in similiar pulsating feeling, It's such, that i can't Focus on anything other then to feel those, it gets settled after some time on its own but Cycle continues. What's happening with me 😭?
