Splitting pain at upper ass crack

Been having this condition at the upper beginning end of my ass crack. It's absent for the most part, like this morning woke with a distinct residue there and a splitting pain if touched or bending down? Sometimes, i'm not feeling anything but cant touch that area for fear of splitting pain??
