I am observing a thin black line of around 3 mm length on my left thumb nail from 2-3 weeks, i also sometimes feel hot around thumb nail. Now i can see similar line on my right thumb also but it is small in length compared to left thumb. I also observe that left thumb line is slowly moving towards outer end. Is this a symptom of Melanoma? Should i take any medicines?
