Hello Dr, PL LET ME KNOW HOW TO INCREASE MY RECTUM PASSAGE EITHER BY MEDICATION OR EXERCISE OR ANY OTHER METHODS. I under went & Completed KSHARA SUTRA treatment for fistula, now it is all clear & healing. Now my problem is anus & rectum passage is very narrow I am not able to insert medium size DILATOR, it is very painful, stools are flat & thin (semi solid). Medication I am taking now. Before food MEDIPHALA 1-0-1 KAMDUDHA RAS 1-0-1 After Food TRIFLA GUGGULU 2-0-2 GANDHAK RASAYAN 2-0-2 SARIVA KALPA 2-0-2 ABHYARISHTA 2-0-2 ANULOMA 0-0-1
