Spine TB doubtful

In my MRI the impression was Altered signal intensity at L3 vertebral body appearing hypo on T1 and hyper on T2 and shows homogenous post contrast enhancement s/o infective etiology (? Tubercular) ... Further tests done were ESR 23 mm/hr and C reactive protein 4.2 mg/L... Can anyone tell me is it really spine TB.. the only symptom I m having is back pain I m 23 yrs old

It could be initial stages of tb spine
Next Steps
Does your pain get relieved with rest ? If no then there is need to investigate
