I am ali I have a problem in spine I had an xray 7 months ago and it showed that my spine is not in order I have a problem in sitting and standing for too long! And with that i was diagnosed with vitamin D deficency! Levels were 10 but i took medicne for 3 months and level go upto 35 But i still have the same condition.. My dr told me that i have weakness! Kindky help
