Spinal tb treatment

1 week back I was tested spinal tb and started medications with rich diet., my pain increases at night and I even get fever at night , I want to know that when will I get relief from fever and pain . Also I have attached MRI report so kindly let me know that how much time will it take to recover and am I on right diagnosis ? Thanks in advance

Yes . diagnosis is right as per MRI scan also. Symptomatic relief will be in few weeks. However total duration of treatment will be about a year .
