Hi doctor, I am 8 months pregnant, is that ok to ly straight during pregnancy ... and i am having sever pain in my spinal cord, could you suggest me some  remedy for this pain

Yes madam.. You can lie in watever position which s comfortable to you.. Try to avoid bending down activities.. When u get up from bed make sure that you turn to one side and then get up..
