Spinal cancer

I've been having backpain and intermittent flank pain with loss of appetite and weakness which is not improving, i had xray which showed nothing, i wanted to know if xray can detect spinal cancer? Ps: i had ultrasound too, which showed nothing

If you're getting these investigations done without any guidance from a doctor, I suggest you meet an orthopaedic surgeon first. They will order necessary tests based on your complaints and physical examination findings.
