Spilling blood mornings

I am spilling blood in the early morning. I have weak gums ,initially I thought it w as gum issue. But nowadays I am having headache and respiration problem. Surfing net gives indication towards sinus problem. Can someone give me someone briefing and cure for this please. Can someone suggest best consultant pls.
