Spike In Urine ACR Level

My Urine ACR on 04/04/2025 was 2.84 mg/g creat (lab normal <30 mg/g creat) But on 18/05/2025 it came 5.77 mg/g creat There is a spike of 2.93 mg/g creat in 1 month 14 days No protein intake with adequate hydration of 3 Lts of water before 24 hrs of the test Previously,Urine ACR came 4.7 mg/g creat on 03/03/2024 & 2.51 mg/g creat on 08/03/2024 However,recent Serum Creatinine is 0.9 mg/dl,eGFR is 110.02 (CKD-EPI),Blood Urea is 24.3 mg/dl,Potassium is 4.4 mmol/l & USG of KUB is normal BP (150/100)  is temporarily high since the last 2 months.Also have mental stress Is the spike in Urine ACR level worrisome ? Can it be temporary ? What might be the cause of such spike ?

Hello Don't worry about the ACR, it's normal. So is your eGFR, Sr.Creat High Blood Pressure is a concern

I think you should forget about it. Your Serum creatinine and GFR are normal. ACR is just a ratio. It is not an absolute figure. In  your case it has always been within range .

ACR can vary,as long as it's below the normal limits you don't need to be concerned.Your serum creatinine level is normal.However your BP reading is corresponding to stage 2 hypertension.You can monitor your BP twice daily for a few days,if it's constantly above normal, consult a cardiologist
