I'm a 25 yr old guyy,when I see a women , I start imaging about her,which creates sexual sensation .This sensation appears below the belt and leads to semenal leakage within seconds . For this I started feeling guilty.Now a days when I 'm around women this sensation starts. While eating or travelling with female friends this happening . For this I'm feeling very embarrassed . This problem started 20 days ago.I used to masturbate heavily(past 10 yrs). currently I'm taking Himalaya Confido , Patanjali Ashwashila. what should I do ? which medicines to take ?
