My sperm motility is 100% sluggish and total motility is 25% and abnormal morphology >98% and sperm count is 8 million/ml. Report is attached. 1. Can I father a child ? If yes through which ivf technique or through normal means? I have right testis normal but my left testis is undescended from childhood. 2. Once my penis is erect I can sustain it for not more than 1 min, how can I last longer in bed ? It either loses erectness or ejaculation happens. How to prevent this. Please suggest food, medicine and exercise
