Hii doctors I have a problem  of sperm actually when I was in deep sleep in my dream i sow I'm doing sex with girl when I realised my sperm into her body after sme time I have cum in my shorts while I'm  sleeping. in morning I fell so yaak.  plzz tell me what should I do. ( I don't watch any pron movies befor slep)
