Hi Doctor, I'm 21yr. I recently found that I'm not able to release sperm while masturbation, although 3days before my sperm released when I was sleeping in the daytime, as I my job hours are 9.30pm to 6.30am. I'm staying in a PG. Where in not able to have a proper diet. Sperm is about to come but it stops inside. Can you please tell me the problem.
