I am 33 years, married for 1 year. Sperm analysis is Volume 1 ml, sperm count 48mil/ml, mortality 44% active mortality, 35% after 2 hrs and 24% after 3 hrs. Can I father a child. Please help I am trying foe a baby since last 1 years.
