Hi, I am done with semen analysis 3 times, every time sperm count is null. Also fructose is present in report. Also my FSH level is high - 20.95. One dr suggested me to go for TESA test to know that i have any sperm in my testicle or not. Please suggest should i go for TESA or any other test and where ? Please suggest any best place and Dr for this test that having sperm preserving facility.
