My wife suffered two miscarriages.All the test refer by gynecologist ,no problem detected only she thyroid problem but taking medicine regularly it is now under control. Now she is not conceiving since last miscarriage in March 2015.Doctor advised me for semen analysis says sperm count 22m/ml. what is the remedy?
