My sperm count is 60 million and motility percentage is 60%. Is that good or I need some medication to increase my fertility. We are planning a baby so just wanna know.

Ur semen analysis report is perfectly normal so nothing needs an improvement as far as ur sperm quality or quantity is concerned but fertility depends on lots of other factors so keep trying naturally. If it doesn't happen consult a doctor
