Sperm Count
Hello Sir & Mam
We are trying for pregnancy conceive from last one year and before two days I have done my semen analysis and when I have compare it with 6 month old reports then foud that my sperm count decreased from 120 to 14.
I have attached my both old & current reports
I do not have not have stress, no TSH, no alcohol, no tobacco. Following healthy diet, regular walk and proper sleeping.
How this happened-?

Based on above details the recent reports are not good. As you are planning for a baby it’s better to get these things fixed at the earliest.
The medications mentioned by you above won’t really help much if you looking for a proper treatment and medications.

It seems that you are having some issues with your sperm count.
Firstly, get yourself retested from a different lab after 3 days of abstinence period (no ejaculation of any sort for 3 days).
If your report still comes similar to your current one then you need to take treatment for low Sperm count.
