Hi Doc, My Sperm count is 60 million & Motility is 35%. Is this Good? OR need further Medication? Report is attached We are trying for a baby. Been Married for 7 years and am 33 years old. I'm from Bangalore A year back DNC happened & we lost a baby to fertile. But we believe this time in 2023 we can give it another try. However, with my semen analysis report I'm not sure if this is fine or requires any medication. I took BoomT-D / Tadact-10 tablet earlier but it seems like it is not helping with my mindset. Any advice is appreciated Regards, Mahendra Rao

Motility is low.. Infection is also there.. Take herbal supplements.. To increase sperm count and motility.. To be sexually fit completely.. To be a parent soon
