Dear Sir/Ma'am This is to seek advice regarding speech problems. In September 2021 had suffered from stroke. recovered physically but not able to talk properly Please advise me medication for the same

Stroke can be of two major types . If it’s ischaemic stroke we need to keep u on anti platelets for longer period of life. If the stroke is due to haemorrhage then anti platelets are not necessary. We can give some neuroprotectives for speech improvement and also can opt speech therapy by a good physiotherapist
