I suffered with carcinoma of head and neck,i have taken radiation 20 years back,now I am facing communication problem.while I speak air will come from nose.so listeners face problem.

Dear mam. Please consult a speech language Pathologist. There are many hospital s and institute s in Hyderabad for the same. They would recommend certain techniques to you which you have to practice.
