My 4yr old can speak properly ,cant read or write ,gets hyper active and hardly concentrates what could be the problem?

Hi. Your kid is unable to read and write. There will be concentration problems. Also you have stated that he gets hyperactive . Please see an occupational therapist and get therapy . They will tell wat is the exact problem. Also you must show to a psychologist where they will identify if he has developmental stages , his IQ and also guide you with excercises for your kid to read and write better. It is hyperactivity issues in your child but still you should diagnose his problem in depth to come to a conclusion.
Next Steps
if you take him now , probably certain changes and improvements can be seen in him. do not prolong.
