Speaking problem

My child age is 4years. But he is not speaking throughly. I consulted with the child doctor. He advised for two syrupes namly forts b & neotoserum. I continued last six months. Some inprovements have been seen. But he cannot understant all the things and canot reply properly also. Pl advice what should i do.

hello der autism dyslexia hearing pathologies should be ruled out consult paediatrician and ent specialist  for further evaluation and treatment.
