Sound causing tinnitus and headache

On listening to music (both low and high volume)(even without earphones/headphones), or talking on a call, back of my head pains. Also, i hear ringing in ears as if i can hear blood flow in my ears (increases on listening to sounds) with a sensation of numbness inside ears.
