I have developed sores from past 4 days on my scrotum , penis, between thighs and below scrotum between legs. It itches a lot and a watery like liquid is leaking out around it whenever i touch it. The upper skin of penis has got swollen. I have eczema on my hands currently. What is the problem and the treatment. If i wish to video consult what type of doctor should I choose?
