If fever goes 100 or more ,u can take Dolo 650. Get COVID test done. Betadine gargle three times a day Antiallergic .. share image of your throat.

Kindly rule out covid by testing. You can do betadine gargles, Cofsils, syrup mucaine gel for the throat. Drink 3 L water daily.
