My mother is a diabetic patient from last 13 years, her age is 52, she is suffering from sore throat from around 11-12 days. What can be the reason and solution for this? She is not having any other symptoms. No fever, no cough, no breathing issues, neither tonsils. Please resolve.

IT is better to get a rtpcr test done to rule out covid 19 and cbp,hba1c { To get an idea about her blood sugar control for past 3 months},rbs and need to known about the current medication she is on for diabeties.
