Had a sore throat 2 days back which developed into a high fever.. Took a antibiotic almax 500. Still have fever. Suspecting it to be typhoid. Help

In high fever with sore throat initial possibility of typhoid is rare...if fever does not settle with medicines or cough is very bad can go for tests like cbc and h1n1 swab test..normally fever settles in 3 to 5 days after antibiotics...
