There's 3 different sores on my thigh. One looks like the skin is just raw and could maybe be chafing, another one is white against my skin and looks like its being filled with pus or a liquid and is sore to the touch, the last one is kind of a bump that isn't that sore, but is big enough to concern me. I've gotten this before occasionally for the past 2 years. I don't know what to do and if im treating it at home right. I've been sexually active as well.
