Multiple peristaltic bowel loops are noted at lower abdomen and pelvis with vague probe tenderness S/O COLITIS Multiple nabothian cysts are noted at cervix measuring 26mm, 25mm 20mm and 17mm S/O CHRONIC CERVICITIS
