My wife failed to do sonosalpinogram for the first time as it was painful and took 30 mins.she will be having SSG for second time .so m asking can she do it under anaesthesia? Becz she is having phobia of pain..n tensed too much

Rather  you  can  opt for  Diagnostic  Laparoscopy  with  Tubal patency test, because  for  evaluation of  fertility  treatment, this proceedure is  usually  done at a later  date. Taking  Anaesthesia  only for  this  proceedure is not  advisable. Anaesthesia  has it's  own  drawbacks.
