Son gets mouth ulcers

My 6 yr old son  weight 17 kgs frequently gets mouth ulcer (apthous ulcer). Whenever he falls sick day 1 or 2 after having medicines he got ulcers in his mouth, no bowel movement regularly. I do many things for his immunity but where I fail pls help. I do lots of thing to increase his weight hardly he increase in some gms and suddenly he fell sick and again he lose his apetite.

Need to check his hemoglobin level. It causes both mouth ulcers and decreased apetite. Get back with the reports.

Due to Vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Mouth ulcers will occur . Give healthy diet and start zincovit syrup 7.5 ml once daily for 1 month
