What is the best composition drop for severe dry eyes? 1)polyethylene glycol 400 &propelyne glycol opthalmic solution.                  (Or) 2)Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose+glycerin+dextran 70 opthalmic solution                  (Or) 3)sidium hyaluronate eye drop

I will recommend Sodium hyluronate eyedrops 2-3 times a day,and if required you can add any eye ointment like softvisc or lacrigel .

All eye drops are good ..there is no such thing as best composition. What may work for 1 patient may not for other ... They should be according to patients need and condition . That is suggested by the Eye doctor after seeing your eyes ..which type of dry eye you have n what is your requirement.
