Somthing like gamauri

I have been feeling some thing like gamauri in my lower Beard.please check the photo. I am not having any itching but this in not going away after almost 2 weeks. Please suggest some medicine or cream. I am not facing any problem while saving.

Greetings. This is not ghamori. This looks like molluscum contagiosum on the beard area. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you for confirmation of diagnosis .
