I was having uti till last month..but everything got well..but sometimes I feel some pain while passing urine..I can't identify any particular reason for this problem.. should I have to start  taking  medicine again?

Please get urine routine examination and urine culture done. Consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report.
