When she walk fast or climb much more steps in office, she experience difficulties in respiration. This is not regular though we are worried.

U should check hemoglobin level. As well pulmonary function test and vit b12 n d3. N consult pulmonologist or physician.

This age for this kind of breathing problem could be due to low hemoglobin and less likely to be asthma. But you can check her lung functions by PFT also by a pulmonologist .. you can book ab appointment with me on practo . Hope this helps
