Sometimes heavy headache

Sometimes due to much busy day or using laptop for longer time I start suffering from headache. I try to avoid taking any medicine but sometimes it's become so heavy that I had to take medicines. I want to ask which medicine should I take in this situation. It is not regular problem but happens atleast ones a week.
